Job Describtion :
- Accountable for developing business of new contract with freight cost data collection, analyzing logistical problems and produce recommendation the solutions.
- Accountable & responsible for providing Freight Cost Bidding analysis and performance for performing cost negotiations with vendors to set up new and extend contract.
- Accountable for developing freight cost budgets monitoring tools and provide appropriate the solutions for expenses to meet budget.
- Responsible for data collecting of forwarder freight cost and check the rate as contract and input to the system for freight cost management database.
- Responsible for monitoring outstanding forwarder Invoice and submission for finance payment as achievement target.
- Responsible for monitoring & maintaining forwarder invoice verification by Branch and make sure the performance to meet standard procedure and target as well as must be appropriate with contract rate and timely manner.
- Accountable for collaborating with operation distribution partners to formulate and implement the transportation roles to get effective cost and customer objectives.
- Accountable for maintaining standard quality of healthy, safety, hygiene and development.
Job Requirement :
